Join us for a 9 week program that will not only transform your body but also your mind. This program combines Mindfulness techniques, Postnatal HIIT Yoga routine and breath work.

1. What is the aim of this program?
The aim of this program is to allow you to achieve Lightness in Body (physical well-being) and Stillness of mind (a calm mental and emotional state)

2. How often is the class and what if I can't make it?
Online classes are 2x weekly and each class is 1 hour. If you can't make it, a video recording will be sent to you.
3. What are the times for the classes?
There will be a weekday evening class and a Saturday class. The class timing will be selected based on the availability of the majority of students via a survey.

4. Are there any products or diets needed in this program?
There are NO products to be bought or diets needed. However I will be sharing tips and secrets to healthy eating and creating a better lifestyle.

5. What's the role of the physiotherapist in this program?

The Physiotherapist from VLTherapy will be observing each class to check that all participants are using the right method during each posture and provide necessary advice. All participants will enjoy a complimentary consultation session.

6. Will I need to pay in full for the program?
As it is a 9 week program, full payment is required before the program starts.
